Thank you for contacting the SC Tenant Union. We’re a grassroots, tenant-led organization working to build tenant power across South Carolina. Our mission is to organize tenants, fight displacement, and win stronger eviction protections for renters.
Because we are staffed primarily by part-time staff and organizers, our current response time is 7–10 business days. We appreciate your patience as we work to respond to all inquiries.
Please keep in mind that we are not legal service or direct aid providers. If you have an eviction notice, please call the courts to schedule your hearing and reach out to one of the following legal resources:
