The Columbia Tenant Union is kicking off our first meeting of the year on March 15 from 2:30–4:00 PM — and we’re inviting renters, neighbors, and housing justice supporters from across the Columbia area to join us.

This gathering will focus on:

• 🏛️ Statewide tenant campaigns — including updates on eviction sealing and how we’re building power across South Carolina

• 📍 The State of the Tenant in Columbia — what renters are facing locally, from rising rents to unsafe conditions

• ✊🏾 Next steps for organizing — how we grow leadership and win real protections for our communities

Columbia tenants deserve safe, stable, and affordable housing. This meeting is about grounding ourselves in the moment we’re in — and getting serious about building the power we need to change it.
